Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a gorgeous design.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to silver mirror card, purple card, then silver mirror card again. Layered all elements. Added glitter, gems and a sentiment. A very cute design to suit a variety of occasions.
