Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and then mounted main picture onto yellow card stock. attached 3D pieces with foam pads and used a gold wavy border sticker around edge.
Enhanced design with crystalline glitter and added a greeting tag.
