White Persian Kitty Cat - Star Framed Topper Lace & Pearls

A sweet little white face peeping out from amongst blue flowers, surrounded by a star covered fram with lace and pearls.

Quick and easy to make, simply cut out all the pieces and choose either a quick 2d square topper or a 3D one.
