Happy Birthday!
A beautiful male peacock with his tail on show. This makes a quick card front or if you have more time you can cut out all the pieces to make a star pyramid card.

I covered card stock with the base card and cut out all the other pieces. I assembled the decoupage and added the "Happy Birthday" message to the bottom right hand corner.
I then put wavy silver strips in the margin at the edges of the card and also in the margin on the card itself.
