Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white paper, then onto black paper, then onto white card. I used silicone to mount the sentiment and finished of with a blue insert.

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock, used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to attach the card front to a green matte and then to a blank, white card.
The stitching was done with green embroidery floss. Such an adorable card for a budding soccer player.
