Printed onto good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached the main piece to a black card base with the border punched out. Attached other pieces using foam pads. Love it!

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8x8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
