Gorgeous GirlCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm matt photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. I finished by adding pink gems.

A gorgeous card which is very easy to make and sure to be admired.
