For my Friend
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper card front, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card.
I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. I have added a gorgeous sentiment for a friend.
This makes a very pretty and easy decoupage card front that looks gorgeous when it is made. Ideal for so many different friend occasions.

I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a 13.5cms card and layered. Added teal gems to the corners and glittered the stamens and blossom. A very pretty design for a friend.
