Cerise Poppy for My Friend Ink Saver 8in Scallop Topper

I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper card front, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card.

I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.

I have added a gorgeous sentiment for a friend and it is ideal for more then just birthday, use for any friend occasion.

This makes a very pretty and easy decoupage card front that looks gorgeous when it is made.
