Happy Mothering Sunday
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. I have added a gorgeous sentiment for Mothering Sunday.

I printed on to paper at half A4. Mounted the topper on to a cream linen card and layered all elements. Added strings of pearls and a brown lace bow to the top corner, and gems to the lettering. A very elegant design for Mothering Sunday.
