Lilac Poinsettia Christmas Wishes Fancy 7in Decoupage Topper

I have designed this very pretty 7in topper with decoupage layers to make a gorgeous card front. It is very easy to use, simply cut out the picture layer and attach to your 7in card base, then cut out the layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue, attach to your card. Lots of different sentiments to available as well in other colourways.
