an 8x8 topper sheet with a floral theme has a beautiful fresh looking spray of roses on a fancy scroll top tag has matching rose bud peeking arond the side of the tag and arond the co-ordinating bow which is placed down the right side, the tag in this version has the words happy birthday on.

I mounted onto a 7 x 7 cream deckle edge card with punched holes down the spine and decoupaged with sticky pads.
I threaded blue ribbon through the punched holes, fastening the ribbon end underneath a die-cut butterfly. This looks really effective. I love the colours in this sheet
