I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto black card and then onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.
To decorate the card I used glitter and gems and edged with peel offs. This was a very quick and easy card to make.
