Olive Birthday Wishes 7in Ornate Lace Tag TopperCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered an 8x8 white base card with a yellow, pearlised, flower embossed paper and attached the main image centrally.
I framed the image with gold border peel offs and added all the decoupage using foam pads. A card which can really be used for anyone's birthday.
