Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements and used DST to attach the Topper to a Brown Matt, and then stuck it to a White card.Used foam pads to add the Decoupage, I put small amounts of Glitter of the same colour of each hat.
This is an interesting design and easy to make into a fun card.
