A white cat preens itself on this pretty wishing well nestled among blue and pink hydrangeas. A huge variety of sentiments and a blank option are provided, along with decoupage layers and a panel that will fit on the topper or work equally on its own as a tag.
This card is suited to females with its soft muted colors and works for a multitude of occasions.

Printed onto to gloss photo paper. After cutting out the elements, used DST to attach the Topper to a lilac card. Used foam pads to add Decoupage. To finish I put some white stick on hearts around the Topper.
I put some crystal glitter on some of the Flowers, and little diamond on others. I stuck a purple gem in middle of the Bow. This is a very pretty design, it makes into a pretty card.
