Cool Cat 4

I mounted the topper 'over the edge' style onto a card blank with a wavy edge cut on my Cameo, I added die cut clouds, punched sun, card candy, and little shells which I purchased from 'The Works' at just £1 a packet, I also added glossy accents to the sun glasses.
