Crazy Dog Lover - Decoupage

This topper was printed onto white card and some self adhesive stones were used to add a little sparkle.
Mounted onto white card with paw print punched border, decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents to to noses, eyes and tongues, black gems to the pictures, a bone charm, I made a dog lead from bits of broken jewellery and hung it on a hook, I added a co-ordinating bow with a paw print in the centre, to complete I added the matching insert available separately.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 7x7 ".
I added the layers using sticky pads with the Happy Birthday caption.
