Stitching with beads

I printed the design onto normal print paper. I placed my design onto black leather grain card and pricked the design holes through my paper pattern. Following the designer's instructions I stitched out the very simple gesign.
Thought I would upload this completed card to show the pattern in a different colour scheme.
The pattern was printed at 80% to fit a 15cm square card. The card was sewn onto cream coloured textured cardstock using DMC Light Effects Dark Oak (#E898), Copper (E301) and Light Gold (E3821). The card was then finished with seed beads in copper with a gold bicone metallic bead placed in the centre. Cardstock was punched to round the corners then mounted onto dark brown card. The inside was also stitched with “Happy Birthday” and surrounded by a border incorporating part of the “String Art” pattern design (for some reason the photo will not display with the correct orientation!).
