Rose Wedding Bell Special Day 6inch 2 Card Lattice Step by Step

I have designed this topper to fit a 6inch card and have 3 layers of decoupage. Simply cut out the base image and then attach to your card, then cut out the decoupage layers and using 3D foam, build these onto the card front.
