I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 pearlescent embossed card landscape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added glitter to the rings and to the buckle. A lovely card for that special day.
