Lilac Rings Happy Anniversary 7in Doily Decoupage Topper
I have designed this sheet for a 7x7in card. You get the base image as well as 2 layers of decoupage for the corner. Simply layer it all up on a card using 3D foam or silicone glue and add a bow or your own unique embellishment to make it your own. This makes a great quick but effective card front.

I made an easel card from a 7 x 7 matching pearl card and mounted my topper. I printed out twice for extra decoupage and also to decoupage the centre circle. I decoupaged with sticky pads and added extra roses to act as the stopper.
I added card candy to the base to finish off this beautiful design
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a scalloped edge card. Layered all elements. Added pearl hearts and a bow. A very pretty design.
