I printed this card top onto mat photo paper, I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount this topper onto white card stock, and then folded into a card.

I added a silver ribbon down the folded edge, and I added the clear rhinestones on the front, and I added silver glitter to the two hearts.

This is a very easy card top and very elegant.
