Happy Silver Anniversary
Beautiful happy anniversary design on a silver scrol with a lot of detail!

I printed this card top onto mat photo paper, I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount this topper onto white card stock, and then folded into a card.
I added a silver ribbon down the folded edge, and I added the clear rhinestones on the front, and I added silver glitter to the two hearts.
This is a very easy card top and very elegant.
I printed this sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted main image onto silver holographic card and adhered to a white scalloped edged card blank.
I decoupaged all the elements using 3D glue and finished with a greeting, lots of gems, glitter, some bells from my stash and silver mini bows.
Makes a great silver anniversary card.
