I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape and silicone glue for the butterflies. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added some glitter to the champagne and the diamond ring.

Printed onto decoupage paper. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added heart gems.
