Champagne Celebration

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card to which I have punched a scalloped edge and added lilac watersilk paper underneath to show through the pattern, I added decoupage with foam pads, and finished withcrstal stickles to champagne, and flower centres, clear hearts to corners and pearl and ribbon embellishment to inner centre of card.

A stunning design when finished.
