Art Deco Snowflakes & Sparkles
Art Deco lady set on a plaque bordered with snowflake and sparkle detail with a toning damask background. Although ideal for winter birthdays and Christmas, the detail is so subtle that it could be used all year round.
Use glitter glue to add extra detail to the sparkles.
