I mounted onto an A5 white scalloped edge card and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads. I printed out extra decoupage for the rose. I added 2 of the sentiments, one also to the top left and added pearls to the butterfly.
I finished off by adding a gold elasticated bow to the spine
