I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greetings using thin foam tape.

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added the base design to a blank card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, Quick and easy to put together but the sentiment is sure to bring a smile.
