Framed Fan with Rose Pin DecoupageCompleted by Hand Made Finished Cards By Dianne Jackson
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out twice to decoupage the actual fan and mounted onto a 6 x 6 white scalloped edge card.
I decoupaged the fan and base using sticky pads and added a matching butterfly and ribbon bow to finish. This is a very pretty design

A lovely design with a fan and rose pin decoupage card front. The card front is 5x5 inch square. Add glitter to make a great card which will suit Birthdays, thank you and Mother's Day cards.
