Irresistibly Irish
a decoupage sheet for St Patrick's day has a very cute teddy bear with his Irish hat on has an Irish flag in one hand and a lucky clover in the other has the words Irresistibly Irish across the bottom.

Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to matching colored glitter card stock, then to a white card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads.
After printing onto glossy photo paper, I cut out and made up using foam pads. I matted green and then orange paper together and then added length of green ribbon and bow down the Lh side.
I attached to a white card blank and added the topper to one side.
I finished with tiny orange gems and small clover leaf. A cute design.
