Printed on matte photo paper and cut out topper and decoupage. Added decoupage with foam dots and attached topper to green card stock blank. Fun card that is quick and easy to make and sure to bring a smile.

I cut out all images and layered with foam tape. I added some liquid gold pearls to horseshoe and green vines, I used yellow stickles on wine glass and purple on sun glasses.
