I cut out all images and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a lime green card. I used diamond stickles on the wave tips and the pearl

Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut out and added the decoupage with foam pads. I added a sea shell charm with a blue brad to the front and then mounted onto a white card blank.
