I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the decoupage elements with foam pads. I also added diamante and buttons.

This cute sheet was printed on to lightweight card, the base layer was attached to the main card, then the remaining layers were added using pinflair glue.
