For a Special Brother, On Your 70th Birthday
The perfect card for horse racing fans and very easy to make. It has a cutout central panel which you can mount with foam pads and cutouts of the balloons that you can layer up.
There are tags which read, 'On Your 70th Birthday' and 'For a Special Brother'.I have also included two blank tags and a blank balloon so that you can change the greetings as you wish.
It fits an A5 card and can be resized.

I printed onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a coloured base card and added the decoupage and sentiments using foam pads. Super card for the horse lover which is quick and easy to make.
