I printed out twice onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream card. I decoupaged the side panel and the centre frame from the second sheet and I cut out the aperture for added depth.

You could make this into a shaker if you added some acetate. I added the frame and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added some punched and embossed leaves to the bottom of the frame and finished off by tying some gold tassells down the side.

I added the matching insert using a little double sided tape
