New Home or Retirement DecoupageCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionCongratulations / New Home
I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main image onto a blue patterned mat and attached this centrally onto a white base card. I then added the decoupage using foam pads.
A very quick and easy card to make and one that is sure to be well received.
