I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a cream card and layered all elements. Tied a variety of fibres around the fold and finished with 2 of the sentiment tags. A great fun design......
I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
