Double Decoupage - Pipe Dreams
One A4 sheet of decoupage to download and print at home as many times as you wish.

Printed the sheet twice for extra decoupage, mounted onto blue mirror card ,then onto bubble patterned paper and then onto my card blank with punched out splashes, I then added the punched splashes with foam pads and coloured with blue pro marker, added various tool charms and glossy accents, tied elasticated cord round the spine.
I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with a water effect paper cup1046633_57683. Mounted one of the toppers on to mirror card, then on to my card. Layered all elements. Added die cut tools, the border from the sheet and a sentiment. A great design.
