The Retro Man With A Fedora Hat and Blue and Peach Roses
This topper has a smiling retro man with a Fedora hat and a dotted bow tie. The card is suitable for many occasions.
The sheet contains two decoupage layers for the roses as well as a blue corner ribbon bow. You can find an additional decoupage layer for the roses and more ribbon bows from the decoupage sheet which belongs to my Blue and Peach roses series. It is sold separately.
There are also four tags in the sheets. One is empty for your own text, the others are: "Happy Birthday", "Congratulations" and "Just for You". The tag for Father's day can be found from the separately sold decoupage sheet.
There are two blank inserts in the Blue and Peach roses series, which match this design. They are also sold separately.
