I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper. I stuck the base of the topper onto a card blank and then cut around the outline to allow the edge to over hang the front.
I added the decoupage with foam pads. A great card for the older gentleman.

After printing the sheet on a good quality of paper, I cut out the elements. Build them up with 3D foams, and come the base on a grey background. Then on a black metallic card. Decorate it with borders.
