Olodest Swinger in Town

First the backing panel was cut down to almost square, just leaving the thought bubble overhanging. This was mounted onto balck card before the decoupage was completed. More matted layers of black and white card were used to create the backrund layout, before the topper was added on.

Finally the jewels on the singers outfit were highlighted using coloured peel offs.
