I printed the design onto white 300gsm card and cut out all elements. I made a shaped card by using the bottles to create a template with silver card. The decoupage elements are layered with double sided tape. The sentiments are attached with foam tape.
To finish off I added gold glitter around the sentiments and to create a bottle top. The finished card is 9x3 inch.
