I printed onto glossy photo paper,then cut out,I matted a blank card with a co-ordinating pink textured card and added the base design,then added the decoupage with thin foam pads,to complete I added a little glitter to the egde of the roses and tiny green faux pearls to the lovely verse.A beautiful vintage design.
This pretty sheet was printed on to decoupage paper, then the main topper was attached to a white pearl card.
The second layer and the shaped decoupage were then added using pinflair glue.
