No Loo Rolls - No Problem - Decoupage
This cartoon character has found a way round the toilet roll shortage, lots of layers for decoupage, matching insert available separately,

Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam tape onto a larger brick backing then onto a blank card .I then added insert, gift card and gold bead to flush the toilet to complete this gorgeous design.
Mounted onto white 8 x 8" scalloped edge card and decoupaged with foam pads, added a mirror, duck, shoe laces, toilet brush in holder, newspaper and newspaper squares tied up with string and hanging on the wall, glossy accents, a co-ordinating bow and to complete I added the matching insert available separately, sure to raise a smile!
After printing out onto glossy photo card i mounted on a 7 by 7 card using DST, finishing by adding decoupage with sticky pads.
