I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main image onto a beautiful blue glitter mat and attached this onto a white scalloped base card.
I then added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.
To finish I added a blue organza bow with white tie. A beautiful image which is easy to make up into a card
