With this design after printing it out onto photo paper, and cuttig out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a green C5 card, then using 2mm sticky pads i made up the design, i finished my card by placing a green bow at the top left, this is a terrific design to wish someone to get well, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
