A cute fluffy puppy asleep in bed. This would be the perfect card to send to someone who isn't well or is having an operation. Includes A5 card front topper, decoupage and a blank sentiment tag on the card and another with the word Get Well Soon

A lovely design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment
Thank you for a lovely design x
