Bubbly & BalloonsCompleted by Katie Silver

I cut out all the pieces and then mounted the main piece onto a meatllic silver 14.5cm.sq. card. I added the layers plus a '21 Today' Balloon. I put bubbles into the champagne with a sakura pen and added a ribbon to the balloon with a purple glaze sakura pen.

I finished off with gems around the purple edge of the topper and some nice purple peel off corners onto the card.
