On the bottle is the greeting Happy Birthday.
There are 4 balloons, 1 of which I have left blank for your own personal greeting. The other 3 read 18 Today, 21 Today & Good Luck.
This simple step-by-step can be used as a Toppper or you could add the small amount of decoupage to give that little extra depth. I have left the 'spare' bottle blank in case you may want to use it for a wedding anniversary, engagement or Good Luck card.
Why not add a little glitter to the Champagne in the glasses to give the effect of 'fizzes' & bubbles?

I cut out all the pieces and then mounted the main piece onto a meatllic silver 14.5cm.sq. card. I added the layers plus a '21 Today' Balloon. I put bubbles into the champagne with a sakura pen and added a ribbon to the balloon with a purple glaze sakura pen.
I finished off with gems around the purple edge of the topper and some nice purple peel off corners onto the card.
